"I stayed at the Executive Hotel Pacific in Seattle on January 16 and 17, booked through Expedia. My experience was truly memorable, thanks to the outstanding service provided by the hotel staff. I arrived driving a 12-seats high-roof vehicle, which unfortunately could not fit into the hotel’s underground parking. The front desk manager, Abdul, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He quickly assisted me in finding a suitable parking option nearby and promptly refunded the parking fee I had already paid through Expedia. His efficiency and warm hospitality made a challenging situation much easier for me, and I was deeply touched by his assistance. The hotel is in an excellent location, with clean and comfortable rooms. All the staff I encountered were friendly, polite, and professional.
