It's clean and efficient, and a really great deal given the location and amenities. Pretty big hotel with a good gym, and right across from City Centre mall and the City Hall metro stop. Also right across from Chijmes with many good food and drink options.

Unwelcoming at a good location
A very unfriendly hotel in a great location. From the moment, our taxi arrived to the check-in, and every attempt to ask questions about the hotel the staff was short, abrupt with very little willingness to assist. This was our 11th hotel in four weeks at the end of our trip and it was the most unwelcoming of all our hotels. The Lobby is large, and very pretty, a bountiful breakfast with many options, our room was spacious, but surprising, no outlets on one side of bed side, needing to plug-in across the room. For such a large hotel was surprised with no bar and no concession for snacks, soda, ice cream in fact, when asked, we were sent to a 7-Eleven down the block and across the street. The hotel gave no information about its two restaurants on site, nor the numerous options, literally across the street and a fun location. The best part of the hotel is its location, but there are numerous other hotels right in the area with nice bars, sky bard and friendly staff that I would recommend those over this hotel.
