My partner and I stayed here for the 2024 Formula 1 race, and it was a fantastic staying experience starting at check-in where a receptionist initiated a conversation with us about my partners Dragon Ball Z t-shirt, which helped us feel at ease about being at a fancy 5 star hotel. We stayed in a Crystal Club room on the 10th floor, where we found upon arrival a little welcome gift set up, which included a little box of Formula 1 themed chocolates that I absolutely adored, amongst a few other lovely items. The room was very spacious, the bed extremely comfortable, and my partner really enjoyed the rainfall shower option in the bathroom. The Crystal Club lounge was cosy, quiet, relaxed and intimate, where we were very well looked after by our hosts Gladys, Loy, Kripa, Joanne, and Jia En. This was actually one of the hotel highlights for us during our stay; the staff were amazing, and took the time to get to know us as their guests. We also made friends with other guests staying here who were Formula 1 patrons, which added the the great experience we had. The hotel is in a great location for Formula 1 attendees, as the Zone 4 gates are less than 10 minutes walk, and you can see the Padang grandstand and stage from Coleman Street. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will hopefully be back whenever we come to Singapore for another holiday.

Great location Only recommendation I would have would be to improve the breakfast I was disappointed with it. I would expect a bit more for a 5* hotel and also missed halal option it was also a bit difficult to order basic boiled eggs

First time staying here. Check in was handled expertly by Cardjin and Joanne. Room was spacious. Bed was the best thing after a 16hr flight. Divine. Generous large fluffy towels. Pool was excellent too! Staff were friendly and welcoming. Excellent location.

The Grand Park City Hall was conveniently located - close to the MRT, that took us everywhere we wanted to visit. Staff looked after us, from the concierge, to those working in reception, and on breakfast and dinner duty (and btw, the food was delicious!). Our room (in a corner) was spacious. Lights, fan and air conditioner were all controlled from a small central digital panel, easy for me but difficult for my partner who has bigger fingers and couldn’t engage the buttons. Overall, we enjoyed a very comfortable stay.

Wonderful stay. The staff were very helpful. You do have to pay double for items like breakfast over busy events (like the F1) so be aware of that in advance. The hotel was so well located for everywhere we went and the room was a good size for a city hotel.

A truely excellent and memorable hi-end hotel experience. We stayed the weekend of the F1 and found this hotel was in a perfect position to access local restaurants/bars and shopping for all. The pool and facilities are like a mini inner city resort. The walk to Marina Bay was only 20minutes but didn’t seem like it as there is soo much to enjoy along the way. We stayed here for the 2024 F1. The hotel is well situated to walk to the track (depending on which gates you are accessing- Gates 2&3 are very easy to get to from this location). The only downside to the hotel itself is its gym facility- quite small and crammed but otherwise a fantastic stay. The staff were fantastic, attentive and prompt to respond to any of our questions/needs. Would happily stay here again and readily recommend if you are an F1 attendee!

We went to Singapore for the F1 races. The hotel was walking distance to zone 3 gates. Zone 1 gates MRT station was close to the hotel so it was also convenient. Room was small with the roll away bed deployed. Bathroom and the bedroom lacked lighting (personal preference). Overall, happy with the hotel specially the staff we interacted with during the stay.
