People making noise in the street non-stop until 4:15 AM. Room was humid and smelled of stale urine. Furniture in the lobby was oversized plastic bunnies. The mall connected to the hotel was sad. Definitely a budget choice.

Totally not recommended!!!

Had 3 rooms for business trip. Rooms need better cleanup, some sheets were dirty, the bench in all of them was extremely dirty. No amenities are provided such as tea or coffee, No fresh towels on daily basis. The worst was breakfast - poor variety, no fruits or vegetables at all. No yogurt, no cheese, just bread and 3 / 4 sort of hot dishes. Totally not recommended!!!

Very Well situated in a mall and walking distances to Bukit street, raffles hotel etc. Very friendly staff. Need to “climb” into the bed. Very good Mattress. A different kind of hotel with nice coffee area.

Unique stay in Singapore

Lyf is a great hotel, clean, friendly and helpful staff, and a good location. It’s easy to walk to the City Hall metro station, and many other places are an easy walk away, such as Clark Quay and Raffles city. I’d I return to Singapore I would not hesitate to stay here, it offers good value.i would recommend that you ask for a room that looks over Canning park, rooms on the other side have limited light due to surrounding buildings.
