Waiters in the coffee shop were terrible - not helpful, not welcoming, rigid, arrogant. We were there for breakfast and lunch - hardly anyone there. Our friend picked us up from the airport and drove us to the hotel and we invited them to have dinner at the hotel’s steakhouse. He drove a RAM but was not allowed to park outside (the truck was too big for indoor parking). He had to park elsewhere. The next morning we saw a big truck parked right outside where our friend wanted to park. It was there all morning. Why is that? Could it be because my friend was Chinese? I will not be staying here again even when I’ve been a guest for many years. There are newer and nicer hotels nearby.
