Very good

The room was great, service was quick. About the surrounding property though...I Had to call the cops cause a girl got robbed and nobody would help her despite running infront of traffic to get help. ( honestly it sounded alot worse than just getting robbed ) Very unsettling, so i would consider taking a break from your cigarettes for the night if your staying here, or atleast dont think your going to have a relaxing cigarette. City people might think of this as just another day, I dont ever want to hear that again.
Eclectic and cozy. Location was good for walking around but need to be cautious in some areas. Room was a little small but acceptable. Window A/C unit was very loud but worked. Renovated bathroom was very nice. Would stay again for the price!
This place is rather clean and comfortable and good for a short weekend stay as the rooms are rather small, so might not be ideal for a longer visit. The area around the hotel isn’t the best. It’s sandwiched in between Sherbourne and George. Anyone familiar with Toronto will know it’s not really the best area. That being said, the building itself felt rather safe and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Cute and clean and friendly staff. Not much in walking distance and limited parking.

The property and staff exceeded the online reviews about the Inn. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean and renovated. The location is great for urban tourists.
A great budget option for Toronto! Most hotels near the downtown core run $350 PLUS per night, if you just need a place to crash this is perfect. The room was smallish but clean, bathroom was great. If you value sleep, you can hear quite literally everything here so it may not be for you. If you are from a small town and are afraid of homeless people this place might also not be for you as it’s right beside a park with a large encampment. The staff were very friendly, the little courtyard out front is lovely, overall it was a great experience and I’ll definitely be back and recommend this hotel to friends.
In total it was acceptable but for the money I spent there, I expected a bigger room at least. The room was too small, the bathroom door didn't closed or even locked, there was pay parking in the property which was more expensive than off street! They provided low quality coffee. No sleeper for the room.
It was not cheap at all, so for a ground level small room I guess it shouldn be more offers.
The staff at Pembroke Inn were amazing. They were there every step of the way to provide any assistance and were so courteous and kind.
The property was clean and provided simple lodging with a comfortable bed and handy options for lightning and even had a mirror that had Bluetooth and lite up to apply make up.
I really enjoyed the short stay we had there and it was affordable. The only downfall was the area where the Inn is located in terms of evening travel on foot to explore, however it had ample transportation options with buses located everywhere near by.
Thanks to the great staff at Pembroke Inn that made our stay that much better and provided almost a sense of being at home during August 30th and 31st 2024.
This property was well located; close to subway stations, shopping and restaurants. I didn't like that some of the other guests were quite noisy. I could easily hear them in the other rooms. This property for me is a little old and could use a little upgrade. The staff was very nice and helpful.
The neighbourhood is slightly sketchy with lots of substance abuse users walking up and down the streets but the actual building has 24 hour staff. Very nice and well kept rooms with a comfortable bed and clean sheets a great shower . I would stay there again as the price was worth it.

The property is quaint and quiet. Very basic amenities are provided.
LOUD SQUEAKY BED from day one. Im solo guest. This is the first time in my life to get a bed like this. So mad!
Im sure Im not the only one who complain this, its impossible that the previous check in guest did not notice the super loud squeaky bed, how come the management did not fix the problem. The front desk told me that wait till 11 am to be transferred in anther room. Well, I told him Im not there to stay in hotel to wait. I am fully book. So just to warn everyone, please check the bed!
This property on that dirty and unsafe part of Toronto is completly unique , clean, welcoming , silent just first night was so noisy look like some people had party after 12 midnight. Generally enjoyed my stay. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Thank you for your recommendation 😊
