I liked the whole trip till I stepped on a small piece of glass on the bathroom floor. And only got my valet taken care of. And then finding 2 other smaller pieces of glass on the floor

Checked in 9pm, 15 mins past checkout no courtesy call, but we had door knocking by staff on a Sunday, when they don’t even have a busy check in schedule, very invasive, given we were only there a few hours at paid like $1000 for a single night, which was literally 15 hours.

Staff was very kind and gave us a high floor room. Super clean with great amenities and amazing walking distance to shops around the area. Not a far drive from Granville island and Stanley Park. Would definitely rebook if I visit again.
