Close to the DC you want to visit. Walking dostance to the Museum of the founding of America (the Mall) and the Whitehouse and the African American Museum. Great facility that has not forgotten the way to offer full service hospitality

Location is convenient. Valet were very helpful. Check in was quick. The room was clean. The view of Franklin Park is worth it. Definitely would recommend staying here.

Excellent hotel, perfectly located for our needs. All the staff members are awesome especially Antonio. "Via Sophia", restaurant located at the Hamilton Hotel, offers excellent Italian cuisine and service. Rooms are comfortable and very clean!

The property is a beautiful historic building. Our room was very clean but there were a few things that needed to be repaired. The shower head was supposed to have a hand held attachment but it was missing and the tub was chipped. A few other things in the room were worn looking. Minor things but at that price point it should be in better condition. The staff was always professional, kind and willing to help. The location was great for getting to the Metro and walking to a lot of DC attractions.

The service in your restaurant was not very good. Some staff not very well trained (not attentive enough to clients). Also several drinks listed on the menu were unavailable. Front desk staff was mostly very helpful.

My AC was broken and the room was 77 degrees. Despite complaining 3times it was not fixed until the afternoon on my 2nd day. I was never offered a room change. I had to ask for a comp of fee for amenities $90 on a 1200 bill. Outrageous!!!

The concierge service was exceptional. Helped us with maps, setting up tours, catching the right bus( actually brought us out side and made sure we got on the right bus) went the extra mile with everything. The front desk people were not as helpful especially since I booked through expedia. I feel like if i booked directly I would have had gotten better service from them (basically sorry that’s what you booked and it can’t be changed.) The restaurant was expensive with not enough options. Small portions with very high prices. Only went there because we were tiered and needed something to eat fast. There are plenty of options within walking distance make the effort to go somewhere else. Room was clean but very small. Not enough plugs. There was actually an extension cord in the closet under the carpet that was plugged into the tv, not sure if that was really safe. Not sure on other rooms but the 14th floor rooms are in need of updating. All in All this is not a bad hotel but I may look for a more updated place if I went again.
