The staff at this property were so friendly and the property itself was very clean. We were travelling with a small child and they made us feel very welcome and the location is great to get around downtown West Palm Beach. Would definitely come back.

I only left 5 stars because you can’t leave 20. I can’t say enough about this hotel, so many convention center hotels get lazy because of guaranteed bookings. This place is like the plaza in NYC, every single employee had a smile for you 24/7. The servers are gracious, the bar tenders let us stay late while they cleaned up, so impressed at every turn. Housekeeper will hunt you down to make sure you get the 2 extra pillows you asked for. Dry cleaning in a single day, even had pants hemmed after a torn stitch SAME DAY! I could go on for days, if you go to west palm STAY HERE!!!
