This hotel room was below an accceptable level as the toilet facilities were in poor condition. Broken wash basin tap and no toilet seat. Would not recommend.

Budget stop on my route north.
This was an acceptable budget overnight hotel. The decor and fittings in the room were a little shabby but adequate. I was able to enjoy a meal in the centre of Dreux before continuing my journey.

bedrooms smelt of smoke
we arrived and allocated a room. the hotel appeared empty but we we put next to 2 other groups (no problem) but the room stank of smoke, decor was yellow and there were burn holes in the bed covers. Did not get a chace to change as receptionist had left for the evening. On the plus sise sheets were clean as was the loo but alas the sink had seen better days. The breakfast area was spanking clean so breakfast was adequate. Deffo not aplace to stay if you like clean fresh bedrooms. I for one wont stop there again.

Accommodation was very basic but bed was comfortable. Room needs renovating. Staff was very helpful and the overnight stay was adequate.

There was no receptionist at 6.30 pm when it said someone is on duty 17.00 to 21.00 so had difficulty getting in.It cost more than advertised..& the fre wifi in all rooms could not be accessed after trying 3 devices.....Very disappointed with Expedia & Premiere class Dreux

The hotel is adequate for a brief stop over. Room could have been cleaner, shower could have been warmer !

Convenient hotel and location, cheap stopover on the way from Carcassonne to Calais. Comfy, clean beds, warm little room, easy check in with bank card late at night. External doors for the rooms so you don't have to go inside to a Reception and faff about. Great if, like us, you have dogs and are frequent travellers. Breakfast also cheap and as expected; hot drink machine, toast, yoghurt, cake and baguette.Be realistic - don't expect the Ritz at this price like some reviewers seem to - it's a bed for the night with a basic fibreglass bathroom unit. If you want a posh place or a holiday experience, fork out more money and go elsewhere. We will use this one again.

The hotel was very tired looking and badly in need of renovation. We have stayed in Premier Classes hotels on several occasions in the past, but this was undoubtedly the worst. The following night we stayed at Premier Classes in Orange and this hotel was a class apart.

We stayed in room 28 and it was disgusting. It needs updating. The walls, door and skirting need painting. Even though the room was clean it felt dirty.

Grotty place and imprisoned!
Arrived 5pm advised receptionist we needed code for security gate as we were leaving 3am, he said it was open all the time so didn't need code, tried to leave 3pm gate locked and no one in reception, rang emergency number, answer machine and no one ever replied, ended up ringing police who forced open electric box for gate I was then able to open gate, at 4am!! Got to Dieppe port 2mins before they stopped boarding.Broke the land speed record getting there. Also room was dirty sheets stained, cig burns, slept in clothes on top of sheets. Only good comment is the police were very helpful and quick to respond.
