I requested an outside room 4 months in advance and again when i confirmed reservation a month in advance of my stay, all thst was said was that they would try. I didn't get an outside but one upstairs like an afterthought What does it take to reserve a requested room?

Facilities were ok. Carpet had a strong order. The bed foot covers needed to be cleaned. I appreciate the safety bars in the bathroom. The caulking around the tub needs to be fixed. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
