The room was exceptional, the bathroom wasn’t the greatest but the beds super comfortable and clean. The pool was awesome and the hot tub just amazing. Breakfast was delicious 😋 fresh and hot. Staff was kind and friendly and quick to help

We had a pretty good stay at this hotel. The staff were lovely to deal with, the location was great (near Boston pizza, edo, McDonald’s etc. Easy to walk to for some food!) and it was only 10 minutes to the museum. The breakfast was excellent - although busy around 9:00AM. So if you prefer quieter mornings I’d suggest heading down a bit earlier! The only reason why I give this hotel 4 stars rather than 5 is because of the cleanliness of the room. It could have been better - the one bedding had a stain on it & the bathroom I did find a couple hairs that were not ours. I used to work in a hotel and I do know that is dependent on the housekeeper, not the hotel as a whole. So I hope this review is taken as constructive criticism in this area. If we were staying in drumheller again we would still stay here as the good outweighed the bad. Also the pool was good!

A little outdated for the price. You can really hear the noise from the outside of buildings as well as from the inside. We could hear the footstep from the people in the room directly above us as well as the shutting of doors from surrounding rooms.

The cost to stay at this hotel is beyond considering the conditions. Our room had nonstop ants on the tile sections, a large spider in the bed and cleanliness overall was not up to standard. The floors didn’t feel or look clean. The pool was ok, not many chairs and the pool deck floor was not well taken care of. The pooled water was brownish and again, the floor was quite dirty. The pool water was pretty murky as well. Finally, the breakfast was lacking significantly. I went down at 7AM, an hour after opening and there was hardly anything left in the form of eggs, hasbrowns & bread. Utensils were not restocked. Charging over 300 dollars to stay here is highway robbery.

Thanks for having a continental breakfast! My kids loved the pool and waterslide! The facility was a bit older, but we made due. We really enjoyed visiting badlands and the dinosaur museum.

Convenient location. Water slide was a big hit. Seemed a bit short staffed in the evening- only one person who had to go back and forth from the pool and the front desk. Had to wait a bit to check in because no one was there and they couldn’t find our reservation because of the way my name was entered on Expedia or something. It’s nice that there are outside doors to your hotel room that you can park by, but it’s annoying to have to go inside through the main lobby first to unlock the door- for some reason you can’t use your key.
