Great hotel; convenient to everything

This was a great hotel and we really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed 3 nights during the snowstorm to visit the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter. We also did some shopping and ate out in nearby Florence. Hotel staff were super friendly and easy going. We didn't try the breakfast but it looked like a good, fresh selection and the guests looked like they were enjoying it. The hostess was very pleasant, professional, and friendly. Hotel is clean and cleaning staff were amazing. Every morning someone came and salted & scraped the parking lot of accumulated snow and ice so it made navigating in and out so much easier in trickier conditions. 2 of the 3 nights we pretty much had the place to ourselves; one night there were kids running up and down the hall yelling & knocking on all the doors which was disruptive and annoying but that's not really the hotel's fault. The indoor pool looked nice and clean like the rest of the hotel - it was just too cold outside to think about using it so we skipped it during our stay. A hot tub would have been amazing in the wintry weather and after walking around all day.

It was so clean! The rooms are well set up and large. The staff was friendly the entire time I was there. The amenities are clean too and well taken care of. Even the pool was super clean
