We have a great experience stay in this hotel, we glad to stay in holiday inn, everything is clean and very friendly employee. The food are great. Bonnie take care the breakfast are amazing , and super friendly. This hotel deserver to recognize her , she are great and make our vacation like a home.

We’re shocked that they charged pet stay $50/day!!! Most hotels (Hampton Inn, Hilton, etc) we stay in only charge $75/stay (1-4 days stay). We will Not stay in this hotel ever again the future. This hotel laundromat only accepts ShinePay App. Washer and dryer $4 each on App. We put extra money on the App. But now We never use this app ever again after this. Other hotels use coin $0.50-$2.00 per load instead of $4 using this App. What a ripoff!!

Close to fast food, restaurants, and Walmart. Close to the Ark Encounter. Loved the pool and the fitness room! The fitness room was excellent and included treadmills, ellipticals, free weights, balance balls and more! We almost didn’t book here because we didn’t see a fitness room advertised. Great breakfast! Friendly staff. Clean facility. Well stocked towels in the pool room.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was great for our planned activities. The indoor pool was a plus since it was cold outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable as well as the common areas. We plan to stay again for our next trip to this area.

I cant brag enough about this place!!! We visited Kentucky for the first time ever for my daughter's 5th birthday trip. We were very well pleased with literally everything about this hotel. Check in was a breeze, friendly staff, great huge breakfast, clean rooms, quiet anf smelled wonderful. They make sure you have all toiletries just incase you left something and its all full size bottles of DOVE products. All the way down to lotion! If we ever visit again....this will be our place to stay!
