This location is in need of a makeover for many reasons - have stayed at Hamptons for years but lately they have gotten expensive and have lower quality - this location definitely showed that.

No hot tub to relax in….very disappointing
Place was nice, have stayed there before for business. Thought it would make a great place for a weekend getaway. Looked forward to soaking in the hot tub after a day of shopping. When registering, we were informed of a problem with the pool and it was closed. I asked about the hot tub only to be told it had been closed since 2019. If we had known that, I don’t know that would have stayed there. It should have been stated on their website.

The location is convenient to the freeway. We found a local cafe within a couple miles recommended by the desk clerk. It was very good! The hotel didn't seem to have exhaust fans in the bathrooms and the HVAC couldn't be set to 'fan' to circulate air. So, the result was a sort of 'damp' feeling to the room. For us, it was just a one-night stop on a long trip, so it wasn't a deal breaker.

The staff was excellent. The only issue I saw was shampoo bottle by the sink. I think that should have been LOTION. There was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower

Be aware if you stay here.
Please note that this hotel needs some renovations. I was told after the 2nd room change that all the tubs have rusted bottoms and have stickers that are peeling to over the rust. There also was major water damage on the walls and ceiling.

The neighbors were making all kinds of animal noises from 1 am until I turned my TV on & loud at 6 am. Can't believe staff monitoring the hotel didn't respond to it or other guests, as it was LOUD!. Room 314 was the room they were in.
