Good stay for good price
Very friendly staff. No elevator was ok for our young family but would be difficult for older patrons. Room was non smoking but still smelled slightly of smoke. One mattress was great but the other needed to be updated. Room clean. Breakfast very limited with a couple cereal choices, muffins, and bagels. Sits next to McDonald's though. Overall, good clean place for a good price. Great bang for the buck. Would stay again.

I was told after having a $64 paid receipt & bank statement that my card was declined and that I would need to cancel my booking and re-book. After chatting with Expedia, it was confirmed that they were trying to double charge my card. Expedia cancelled & refunded my booking, and when I went back inside I was told the original booking was cancelled. When I was ready to re book a room, they gave me a new price of $103. When I asked why, they claimed expedia has their own third party prices. Immediately the Second Gentleman stepped up and offered me the room at a rate of $70, negotiating against himself. Nothing about the interaction seemed right. I explained how sketchy the entire situation sounded, and promptly left. Never again.

Although the building is aged and other reviewers were not so complimentary, I had my reservations. I was pleasantly surprised with a very clean room/bathroom, new sheets/pillowcases, comfortable bed, and overall quietness in the hall and building. You can see the owner has made improvements probably by responding to the reviews. Would recommend repairing holes in door/walls rather than using tape.Breakfast was ok with basic cereal, bagels, bread, coffee, tea. All good.Would recommend staying here.

The toilet was slow to flush and nearly over flooded. Sheets were clean but stained. Walls were thin, you could hear everything in other rooms and the hallway. Overall the bed was comfortable and the place felt safe.

This was an excellent hotel for the price. A great place to stop on a cross country trip. The only reason that it did not get full marks from me was the lack of an in-room coffee maker-at the price I paid I don't expect one but it was implied in the amenities listed on hotels.com

We booked a studio suite that had jaccuzi tub. But upon arrival we weren’t given that room. And apparently they were booked out. Then once we got the room had to change it an hour or two into it as it smelled heavy of smoke, despite being a non smoking room. For someone that has severe asthma. It cause a bit of issue. After getting the new room, we discovered that the AC didnt work. And had to keep the window open just so we can get cool air. Overall the stay was very disappointing. We had high hopes of getting the room that was booked but unfortunately that wasnt the case ar all.

Made to wait until 5pm to check in because room wasn't ready for 3pm check in as noted. Filth in room, found old food and containers under nightstand after moving nightstand closer to bed. There's more but I've been typing to long already on their own sites. Stay away from the hidden mysteries hidden in the rooms.

Bed too high for my wife who is 4'9" with hip and leg problems. Very difficult to get into or out of bed. I had to buy a foot stool to assist her. Only sweetened cereal on breakfast bar.

Not the best stay I've had.
The stay started with me paying to check in early, drive 3 hours to get there and be told I wasn't able to check in until 3pm with no email verification that I wasn't able to check in with an early check in. I had to chase bed bugs out of my room . The room smelled like feet and the bed was like sleeping on a rock.
