A jewel in the sand
This hotel is a gem in downtown dubai its a short taxi ride to the dubai mall and burj kalifha and a slightly longer ride to the Emirates mall and the marina which are all worth a visit the hotel staff where polite helpful and caring the food was excellent especially the indian restaurant on site the food was also excellent i would also like to thank the hotel for birthday cake and a bon voyage cake lovely and thoughtful touch we will definitely be returning in the future

My stay at the Anantara was for 2 nights .we arrived early in the morning and the reception employees were very friendly and helpful I think his name was Mustafa , he gave us the room immediately. The room was spacious and clean but need refurbishment, they told soon they will start to do the whole rooms in the hotel. Alaa was very helpful also , as a whole our stay was pleasant , comfortable and enjoyable. If I visit Dubai sure I will stay again in Anantara .

Will not stay again
The stay was good but I got totally surprised when the hotel refused to keep a piece of my luggage. I am returning back and have booked the same hotel for 4 days and asked them to keep a piece of my luggage for 3 weeks until I come back, they refused, putting me in awkward situation. I will happily stay in another hotel and cancel my early August stay in this hotel as they are not with my business.
