Everything was good. The only problem is that we encountered was when we booked the room we booked for a balcony, but when we got there, we did not receive a balcony room, and the lady at the front desk stated that we would have Cityview with the balcony, however when we got upstairs to our room, our room was a regular standard room with just a window. We did not have a microwave in our room other than that the hotel was extremely nice.

This hotel did not disappoint. The staff is respectful and also helpful.. I didn’t meet anyone that wasn’t helpful kind and courteous and I am NOT easy to please .. transportation is very reasonable using Uber n the location is close to the airport.. rooms are immaculate and they have a nice little bar to have a cocktail by the pool u til 2am..

It’s a great experience. Everything is near and convenient to drive. The staff is nice and if you call and you need something they will provide it. Only the problem is in the wash room the sink. The water is not going down properly since we came in the hotel and we call and discuss it but no one to came to fix it. But overall everything is great.
