My stay was memorable, thanks largely to the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. Maxon, in particular, left a lasting impression. He has a rare gift for truly listening to guests and making them feel heard, especially when challenges arise. His calm, thoughtful approach and willingness to go the extra mile turned what could have been frustrating moments into opportunities to feel cared for. It’s clear he doesn’t just see hospitality as a job—it’s something he genuinely believes in. While the housekeeping team could refine their attention to detail, the warmth and professionalism of people like Maxon more than made up for it. He’s the kind of person who reminds you that great service is about connection, not just transactions. Thank you, Maxon, for making my stay so meaningful. Great spacious room. Amazing balcony views. Spacious wet room/bathroom. Housekeeping excellent. Daily chocolate platter was very indulgent. It’s very much a party hotel so some guests can be noisy well into the early hours.

Horrible service at this hotel. Rooms looks nice. Took two hours to receive towels. 5 phone calls for someone to fix the espresso machine. 2 hour wait for someone to come clean the jacuzzi. Each time this was reported to management, they would take 24 hours to send a manager, after multiple phone calls requesting one. The manager would come say give us another chance. Then this would all repeat again. Checked out one night early from my reservation because of my awful experience and they still did not even refund that last night. Terrible management. Cannot emphasize this enough. Do not waste your time with this location, they ignore any requests and complaints until you make a fuss about it, and even then, they do the bare minimum. Far from a 5 star experience that’s for sure.
