Excellent Stay at Five Palm Jumeirah
We had an overall wonderful stay at Five Palm Jumeirah. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The check-in process did take a bit longer than expected, but we were happy with the upgrade we received, which was a nice touch. However, there was one issue that stood out. One of the staff members was quite insistent on not allowing my wife to check in because she had forgotten her ID. Despite explaining that I could have someone bring the ID later, the staff member was firm in saying "no," which felt a bit unaccommodating and unpleasant. Fortunately, after speaking with the manager, the situation was resolved smoothly. He was very helpful and ensured that we were checked in without any further issues. He also arranged for the ID to be submitted in 2hrs which we did. Overall, despite this small setback, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning. The hotel itself is fantastic, and the manager's assistance really turned things around for us.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless someone wants to party. This hotel customer service is horrible. The staff helps the locals better than the actual guests staying there. The first day of checking in I had issues but the front desk manager made my stay a little better. Until I ran into the pool staff which was horrible. I asked for help multiple times and was ignored then finally a manager came and offered to remove my food from my bill like that was supposed to fix my problem and it didn’t a simple I apologize and how can I fix this. Like the staff stated people only come to this hotel for vibes not customer service. I will not be returning
