Nice hotel. But it’s weird that there’s no immediate car access only in the garage which may confuse drivers. There is a shuttle service to the other hotel with a lobby but it’s less convenient. The hotel amenities itself is great. The room was huge clean and new. Overall I would stay here again.

Brand new apartment style hotel
This property is brand-new & very nice. We had an apartment which was well furnished with a balcony with a stunning view of Dubai. If you are wanting more of a hotel feel...lobby, restaurants, easy access to taxis,ubers concierge service this is not the place. It is quiet & feels remote and more like an apartment building, lobby. Getting into the hotel is a bit tricky as the entrance is in an underground parking garage.

The master room bathroom was leaking and there was a constant stench as well. Whilst the apartment was big, basic amenities like micro wave, kettle, hair dryer were missing

Overall score brought down by the actions of one
Room and location was good. What brought it down was the fellow at reception area who fobbed us off twice when asking for a taxi to be booked, always saying it is very busy and there is a queue, then offering the hotel car and driver for a cost off 100aed. On both occasion we walked around to the Marriott where the staff were more than happy to get us a taxi even though we were not staying there. Taxi arrived within 5 mins. The fellow at Hilton could take a few lessons from the staff at the Marriott.

Great location, spacious and well kept rooms. Got stuck due to the unprecedented rains and managed to come to this hotel after spending 36 hours at the airport. Was a great relief and comfort after being stuck at the airport..
