The property is crowded. Go to Breakfast early. The property does warn you of crowds...so be prepared. If you plan on staying near The Walk...it is great! It is convenient to everything. If you plan on going around Dubai or even Abu Dhabi plan for the traffic around The Walk...add at least 20 minutes to get out of the area in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Hotel Staff are friendly and helpful. The pool and beach area get crowded. It was a good stay for a family of 4. Room was good and the beds comfortable. Do we really need the mini-bar? It is outdated - and everything can be delivered to you for free from Talabat or Deliveroo. I would rather just have the space in the refrigerator for water.

I paid for a room with a sea view they gave me a room on floor 4 R 428 when look from the balcony u see service building etc u can see the beach but not great When I was checking in I asked the receptionist to give me a higher floor but she was interested when I complained after few hrs she was willing but I already unpacked Terrible girls working in the reception Never go there again

Check in was good especially as we were there at 6am we were given a room by 7am well done however the room was not the best hardly any view apart from the service pipes on the roof didn't complain as we did get room early We required a late check out as weren't flying till 9pm all they were interested in was seeing how much they could charge us think hotel could do a lot better with this procedure Pool and beach was great clean and tidy staff around this area were very good

Only downfall was thatvthe room was not ready....we did arrive before check in time and they had a lounge to wait in, but we waited well past the 3 pm check in time and the room still only had 1 bed. My reservation was for 4 adults. They did later bring up beds and rearrange, but I believe this should had been set up prior.

As I live in Massachusetts, the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah is literally halfway around the world; and yet, although I have stayed there on three separate occasions over the past one and one half years, for approximately two weeks each time,the entire staff from front desk, concierge , restaurant staff, house keeping, life guards, doormen, etc., have made me feel completely welcome and at home. It’s a wonderful hotel with lots of fine restaurants, scenic rooftop happy hours, beach and poolside restaurants, and a Trader Vic’s which just happens to serve up the best Mai Tais ever! Conveniently located on Jumeirah beach, along The Walk, and just a few blocks from the marina, there is no shortage of things to do from sunset dinner cruises, camel rides along the beach, shopping at the world’s largest mall, fine dining, and day trips to Abu Dhabi. Can’t wait to come back!
