We just spend one night at the hotel before our flight back to canada early morning. It’s a good, neat and clean hotel within close proximity to the airport. Staff is very polite. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need for a relaxing stay. It is in a busy area. But we didn’t hear any noises since we were on the 13th floor. We didn’t avail the breakfast as we left before that. Overall a good place

Leyla, the Bhutanese girl and south Indian girl was a gem to work with. the hijabi lady unfortunately wasn't that receptive to my concerns. This is the place to be as old Dubai has all the best malls that have affordable prices . This is also the only part of Dubai that is fairly walkable . Mall right next door ! Gold souk , Bur Dubai all right there. Porters are helpful. Pool is a bit small . The breakfast is good but not the worth the price is you are buying it separately. Across the streets they have a great local places to eat. Metro is 13 mins walk . Nice airconditioning and comfortable beds. 15 mins to airport without traffic . Gym is nice and big . they have a hall to rent so music from that hall can get loud at nice but they shut off the music at 11pm. Ultimately this location is unbeatable.

The staff were very helpful and nice. I cannot fault the customer service. The variety of food provided at breakfast was good and fresh. Rooms were cleaned everyday and fresh towels provided unless rescheduled by guest.
