The hotel is in the middle of a building site which is not advertise on the websites and there is not much to do in the area If you wanted to go to the beach it is quite a distance away

Awesome property! The building is beautiful and you can walk around the waterfront. Only down side is the area is under going developments and a lot of constructions, it does not bother us. We love that is it outside the hustle and bustle of the city, but less than 30 minutes away from Dubai Mall and the airport. You can walk to take the Dubai Metro too.

Everything is good but they don’t have any bell boy so if you travel for 8 to 10 hours after that when you reach the hotel and then you need to carry all the luggage by yourself all the way to the room it’s a big hassle
