For the price this was a great place to stay. Really friendly staff. Got upgraded to a burj view room although I'm glad i didnt pay extra for it because the window was filthy so couldnt see clearly. Plus lets face it, you just go see it anyway, not sit in a room looking at it. I'd recommend a stay here. Its attached to a shopping mall too which was handy.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was massive and spotlessly clean, with daily housekeeping that kept everything in perfect order. Check-in was quick and seamless, and the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my stay. The location is excellent, just a short distance from the downtown area, making it very convenient. Highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent.

Excellent service and location minutes from air conditioned metro walkway which you can use all the way to Dubai mall. The staff in the bakery and breakfast area were exceptionally kind and helpful. Would definitely return and recommend.
