Over all stay was amazing , i didn’t like the open bathroom in the room specially the toilet didn’t have good ventilation and stank the room . Stand is friendly and helpful but the room service takes very long time.

Our full size bed consisted of two- twin mattress. I’m puzzled why the hotel didn’t invest in a full size mattress. Ice isn’t complimentary, the surcharge is 10 AED. I had to call the hotel on my cellphone multiple times because the operator wasn’t answering the hotel phone.

I come in this hotel since 7 year, i think the quality has decreased. The assigned me a room was 2 am. At a certain point the guy maintenance came in the room to change the mini bar, probably the room was under maintaining but the girl in the reception didn't know...
