Good size of room The loght in the room was cutting often, even qe will push the door's card in! Access the car park is a little bit difficult, there's no sign of it, and everytime you should show your room pass; instead of having your car registration log in!!

👋 Hi, A wonderful and amazing hotel with excellent service and amzing team from the reception to kitchen and service is excellent. I have enjoyed my stay here and will return soo and I recommend to others to come and visit thr hotel.The service has been great, big thanks to all staff friendly,pleasent and professional specially ARouk, Day Manager, Karim kitchen and the doormans always ready to help. One area needs is daily housing needs reminder fir cleaning the room. My stay at Mercure hotel in Deira was amazing. The service was very friendly and professional. The hotel was very clean and elegant. The location was so convenient with the metro station being literally across the road. The staff made me feel very valued and provided excellent customer service throughout my whole stay. I loved the infinity pool at the rooftop and the bar where I enjoyed fresh juices! I did wish the pool would stay open for abit later than 8pm. The hotels atmosphere was very refreshing and soothing. There is a lovely distinctive scent that would welcome me everytime I would return to the hotel. The room itself was very spacious and warm. I really appreciated the complimentary water from the filter machine in the room. The shower could have been designed better as the water spills onto the floor outside the shower. It's not a big deal but I will opt for the room with the bath tub next time. Room air conditioning works very well and the bed was very comfortable. Overall I had a 10/10 wonderful experience at mercure hotel in deira and I will most definitely be returning to stay at mercure hotel when I return to Dubai. Thank you Mercure hotel staff, you guys are amazing!

Everything was excellent, staff did make everything easy for me. Very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Rafay and mehtab. ( Pardon me if spelling is not correct 😅). They were extremely nice and amazing. One thing I have comment on is, Entertainment wasn’t that good, roof closes at 11pm which is too early, so if u are bored at night u really have nothing to do. Rather than this it’s highly recommended.

Mercure - Marvellous
It was a nice, clean, modern hotel furnished in neutral colours with nice modern, functional furniture. The room was a nice size. They also let me check in much earlier than normal, which I really appreciated. I didn’t want to wait for a room with a view as that didn’t bother me much for a one night stay. The hotel was across the road from the metro station (green line) which I found to be very convenient for getting around Dubai. Deira City Centre is a short train ride away, which is full of great shops. I would definitely recommend staying there and wouldn’t hesitate to book it again for my next quick trip to Dubai.

Excellent hotel
Very nice hotel located near gold souk station on the green line MRT. Only problem with the MRT is it is very slow and it is way over capacity so much so it is uncomfortable so you will want to take a taxi, uber or careem everywhere anyway just a note. The hotel has a small gym and a nice rooftop. The rooms are super clean and large. Cleaning and front desk were great. Overall an excellent hotel but the MRT really sucks so badly so location isn't as good as it seems.
