The bathtub was not clean. The Japanese restaurant next to the hotel is really nice. The taxi service the hotel staff got was expensive.

musty smell in hallways, food not what we expected. Orange juice very good. Coffee service in room terrible would not drink this ever. Coffee from room service too expensive. Onion soup not french onion soup one would expect. cream cheese with bagel not there....TV service is sub par.

This hotel was a great place to stay for a 24 hour stop in Dubai. It's very close to the airport and provides a convenient free shuttle service, although you need to make sure are very clear about which terminal you want to transfer to as the default terminal was for Emirates. close to public transport if you want to get out and see the city. There are a number of restaurants at the hotel and we enjoyed a very nice meal, reasonably priced, at Biggles. The pool was fabulous. Lots of lounges, both in the sun and in the shade.

Got sick on flight in and didn't make it to the hotel until late. They were gracious and gave us a late discharge so we could get some sleep after a long flight.

Great hotel near the airport
Spacious and clean room. Hotel is very close to the airport and offer airport transfers. It has cafes and several restaurants. I will stay again here if I have a long layover.
