Warning - dry hotel! Awful breakfast and service
I wouldn’t have booked this hotel if it was clear in advertising that it is a DRY hotel - no alcohol is served here so you’d need to bring your own. This makes the pool and lounge areas completely different experiences and the only place you can typically access bars are within hotels meaning you have to leave yours to go to another one. Room stank of sewage although it was an apparent upgrade. Service is slow in general, there is no taxi staff at the front door to assist. At the pool, no one looks over or approaches you to take your order. Food and even a cold drink takes 20minutes at a minimum (I waited at the bar for a coke they had on the shelf behind them for 20mins as they told me to sit and they’d bring it). In 35 degree heat, all drinks should be kept chilled in a fridge surely. Our lunch plates/empty drinks weren’t cleared for an hour until I had to ask for them to do so when I got out the pool (even if staff are just standing around chatting). Food is generally abysmal - pizza served was from frozen and the breakfast options are really limited (a member of staff even advised against it). Pro- Samir at front desk was lovely.
