Our stay was short. It was simply just ok; not a place I would return for more than a night. It was clean but the double beds were indeed so small it was a challenge trying to turn during the night and not fall off. Absolutely terrible TV channel options for anyone not from there. Room lacks basic toiletries. It did have 2 bottles of complimentary water however.

My stay at the Premier Inn was excellent. As I was only in Dubai for one day, the airport shuttle was of great value. The room itself was also newly renovated and very clean. I would return!

A Nice Dubai Surprise
I was expecting a more budget hotel type of stay was pleasanty surprised. The staff was excellent from check in to out. The courtesy shuttle and attached coffee shop run 24/7. I also enjoyed the attached pub (Mr. Toad's) very much. My room was clean, comfortable, and much more spacious than I anticipated. The bathroom and shower were perfect for my travel needs. They are currently renovating rooms so I see only upside from here. I will gladly stay here again for a short stay in Dubai.

The staff at the Premier Inn are not properly trained and the hotel itself is obviously accustomed to theft and customers absconding without paying eg chasing clients into the dining room to pay before eating¡. The hairdryer electrical cords are nailed to the bottom of the shelf and spasmodically cut on and off. Obviously there is a loose connection. The hotel needs to be mindful that its far cheaper to replace a hairdryer than to pay damages to relatives of an electrocuted guest! The establishment is under renovation with tradesmen crawling about with drills hammers etc in the roofspace. On the positive side the pool is pleasant and there is a regular airport transfer…supposing you enjoy the life of a sardine with somebodys backpack hitting you in the chops everytime they turn around. The place is OK for a rest in a clean bed and a shower between flights but dont expect good service.

It is was very close to Terminal 3 and had a free shuttle bus every 30 minutes, bedroom was clean, bed was very comfy. Unfortunately, I stayed there during their renovation, so there was loud sound during day and very annoying painting smell through the AC which made it hard. I recommend staying there when the renovation is done.
