I stayed at Rose Rayhaan by Rotana in Oct 2024 and it was excellent. The staff at reception are super helpful by allowing me to check in earlier as I landed at 5am. They helped me with using Careem to book taxis. Breakfast was delicious and varied each day. Rooms were v clean and very comfortable. I loved the location. Highly recommend anyone staying here. I will most definitely be back and stay here again. Thank you so much for such a lovely stay.

This hotel is in a great location. Near the metro, near restaurants and coffee shops(Starbucks is less than 4 minutes walking). The personnel is so nice and helpful. We are planning on staying there again when we return home.

I had an amazing stay at Rose by Rayhaan. From concierge service to breakfast in the morning everything was wonderful. The staff was friendly and special thanks to Karim for cleaning the room on time and keeping everything tidy and organized. I do want to mention that my WC was broken and the staff that came to fix it just barged into the room without knocking. This happened on both two occasions which was uncomfortable as I was in the bathroom. The staff must ring the bell and stay at the entrance till they are welcomed inside the room. If they do not get response they must try giving a shout and state their concern at the entrance. Thank you.

This was my 3rd time at Rose Rayhaan by Rotana and me and my Husband absolutely loved it. We were welcomed by Siddiq at the reception very helpful and easy to check in. Bedroom was excellent it had Burj Khalifa views and the housekeeping were outstanding Maidul,Sirajuddin made our room clean and were very helpful if we needed anything. Breakfast was a feast Mohammed was spreading positive vides in the restaurant and always there for you with a smile. Deniz was exceptional manager always there for us and spreading happiness to everyone. Overall everyone at Rose were brilliant I will definitely be coming back .

Just one night before next flight after previous 2 nights a week ago. It’s clean & very family oriented with a fridge & cooking facilities in every room. But no proper bar/lounge for adults to drink in & socialise. Staff very helpful & courteous. Whole place a little dated & needs a facelift. I would not stay again as a single male Traveller but recommend to families in 4* bracket😻

Everything was excellent , except the shuttle bus was out of service, my visit to Dubai was for shopping I choose the Rose Rayhaan by rotana just bcs they have shuttle bus to a mall and beach , stayed for 6 days could not use free shuttle bus , other then that I enjoyed

Rose Rayhann is a tall tower hotel with good views over impressive Sheikh Zayed motorway. It’s a family hotel and a solid 4* The rooftop pool is small & crowded during day but pleasant as night falls & the children go to bed. There is a steam room & sauna I used. The breakfast buffet is really too small for the numbers of guests in the hotel. The Rotana Lounge is however excellent. There is no proper bar lounge as such. Drinks are served at the pool or at the modest Olio restaurant. Best feature of hotel is staff who consistently friendly & helpful. The room I had had a full size fridge & washing machine but no washing powder provided & fridge contained only water. I think it quite expensive for what it offers, but Dubai is expensive at all levels. I would stay again😻

Have been staying at this hotel for more than 6 years but unfortunately the quality is getting worse. Elevators are very very slow, can wait for 4-5 minutes for it. The AC doesn’t work properly, which is very unpleasant during the summer time. The sink in bathroom gets clogged easily. The staff is great! Rooms are very clean and nice! Love the views from the higher floors! The location of the hotel is great!

I stayed at this hotel in May 2024 with my family and young children while transiting from the USA to India. During our 5-day stay in Dubai, we experienced exceptional hospitality. The hotel is truly a gem, with all the staff being incredibly helpful and courteous. The continental breakfast offered a fantastic variety of choices. A special mention goes to Mr. Eswar from Room Service, who was outstanding in his assistance. The hotel's central location, close to major attractions, added to the convenience. Whether you're traveling with family or solo, I highly recommend this hotel. Our stay was made even more memorable with an upgrade to a Burj Khalifa view, thanks to the front desk staff who checked us in on May 18th, 2024, around 9:30 pm. Though I don’t recall his name, his effort to upgrade our room was greatly appreciated. Thank you, Rotana Group, for providing such a wonderful experience!
