For those booking a junior suite please look elsewhere. We booked the jjnior suite for 11 days and was appalled by the condition on the room. The fixtures were rusted over in the bathroom and living room area. We had to look for a different room however all the junior suites were the same. They then offered us the exec suite which was better. The staff cooking the breakfast was unhygienic. He would touch the ingredients with his hand then touch his phone and put his hand back into the food. I was disgusted and sat in the most convenient seat that allowed me to see exactly what he was doing. I did address it with him but was met with a smile. The shower leaked into the toilet. The corridor on the 2nd floor had a leaking ceiling just by the lifts, where my huband would get splashed. The gym whilst it was minimal it was expected but the towels they had provided were all dirty. I would pull one dirty, 2nd dirty, third fourth and fift all dirty. There was a gentleman also working out with me and my husband and he was shocked at my dicovery. I have images to support everything i mentioned. They gave us a complementary honeymoon cake but it was stale and would have rathered not been given anything if it wasnt going to be edible. On one night i ordered room service. Scrambled eggs very well done with onions and mushrooms. Instead they gave me an omelette with bacon. This is an islamic country so they accidentally adding bacon to someones order is beyond me. Not one apology.

Everything was horrible the staff service and behavior was terrible reception doesn’t even know how to speak to there clients , smell in the room , dirty carpet , dirty corners, hospitality at its lowest , noise of party just under our room and staff tells us it finishes in 10 minutes every 30 minute when we call them about it , never coming back again even thought we gave it a chance 3 times each time was a bigger deception, Accor should even remove remove there name from there for how much it hurts the brand

Hotel service of the bar and restaurants isn’t leveling up to 5 star hotel at all . The lobby service is very kind and helpful but the restaurant of the staff has a lot to learn about cleaning and customer service .

the service was good but he housekeeping wasn't good enough , the fridge is of dirty not clean enough the quality of the facility wasn't feel like 5 star >>> quality is not good enough there is an disco room in B1 area , smells so bad ... the cigarette smells every there .. so my client have to change the room ...like the front desk is very good service , he change the room for us the next day so in overall this hotel cannot great in five star .... only 3.5

Nice room but weird there wasn’t a shower. Went to the bar downstairs and they didn’t allow me to use my discount from the VIP perk. Breakfast was ok, buffet dinner was average at best. Overall was good value for money with the highlight being the room and rooftop pool.
