Property has nice view and rooms are clean. For a large family, getting rooms on a single level might be a struggle and also moving across rooms if not on same floor is a struggle. Alley leading to rooms has a carpets that smell musty. Restaurants are good and enjoyable. Overall, it’s a nice hotel with some quirks.

Amazing… beyond our expectations. They ensured we got an early check-in since one of the kids wasn’t feeling well. The rooms were adjoining, which was perfect for our family. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the staff were incredibly friendly, from booking taxis to assisting us at the concierge. We’ll definitely choose a First Collection hotel on our next trip to Dubai.

Really nice hotel, staff is superb from front desk, porters, housekeeping and restaurant staff. Highly recommend this place, but bit far from everything. Uber is there but ot can add up quick so better to book close to attractions for extra. Hotel provides transport but delays due to traffic (which is understandable and not the hotels fault). There's 24hr grocers around but few restaurants nearby. Hotel restaurant is great tho.

The property is free alchol so even at pool bar zero so i did not like The corridors smell between the rooms was disaster unresistable Shower was in sudden turning boiling water or freezed water ( i did claim but nothing change ) Finaly very bad they dont serve arabic or turkush coffee Will not advise it to any Thank you
