The window in our room was smashed by their cleaners before arrival and yet we were still allocated that room even though they had others available. The room had not been dusted properly for many months. Definitely not up to scratch during this stay. Starting to look very tired and unclean. They used to be very good. Perhaps something has happened???

I booked the property around 6pm at night when i was 2 hours from the place. When i got there reception was shut and the number to call i rang 3 times with no answer and had to go to another hotel.....disgraceful....oh but they kept my money and never gave a refund!!!!!

Spacious and comfortable room. Conveniently located. Good parking. Disappointed that the Expedia filter said breakfast included and the room compendium also mentioned breakfast menu but was told at reception that they don’t do breakfast. Nice walk to Coles though.
