I was disappointed on this occasion as I’ve stayed here a few times without incident or issue. There was rubbish left on the tv cabinet from a previous patron, hairs on the pillow and dirt and dust clumps in the bathroom. Having a shower was also unpleasant. At best if you run just hot water it went from nice to almost freezing as there must have been other patrons showering at the same time somewhere close.

Needs refurbishment. Rooms small. Parking tight. Shower in poor condition. AC too loud to use. Barhroom has mould. Ceilings unfinished caulking and need sanding and painting.. Bed and linen ok. Reception Staff good.

Overall our stay was very comfortable. However, on our last night we arrived back to our room only to find our door was left wide open, assuming by house keeping who had been in there earlier that afternoon.

All in all it was a great motel. Clean, safe and easy parking. Reception closed early the day we arrived and I hadn’t checked my phone as I had driven there. The lady grumped at me when she came outside.

The room was dirty- carpet was disgraceful and filthy, chairs had bad stains, aircon didn't work, no hot water, office closed at 6 so I couldn't complain. Room not serviced for 4 nights I stayed, bins not emptied, towels not changed- worst hotel experience ever-

Don’t stay here.
The hotel room its self was not bad but the customer service is shocking. There was a large group staying in the room beside me and they were rather loud. I left it till just after 11pm before calling reception and when I did was met by a rude lady telling me she infact would not do anything at all. I made this review on google and they ran me down unprofessionally saying no one was in the room beside me- I met them the next morning as I was packing up my car! Red the reviews on this hotel and avoid at all cost.

First of all was supposed to pay on arrival but hotel took payment before I arrived then blamed Expedia and upon calling Expedia they blamed the hotel and both stated “oh well nothing I can do” when all I wanted to do was pay with a different card on arrival as stated on my booking. This has never happened to me before with my Expedia bookings and with either party not willing to help was very disappointing - both have lost a customer, air con didn’t work and it was 32 degrees granted they looked at if for me and it worked the 2nd night. Door didn’t work properly so everytime I went out it would take a ridiculous amount of time to get back onto my room. I will not stay here again.

Centrally located accomodation in Dubbo within short drives to Zoo and Gaol. Close to several food outlets. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Reception staff were friendly and very willing to assist with any concerns.
