Wonderful

Very nice, historic, Victorian style house. Breakfast every morning was great. 30 minutes from the airport. 1-2 miles from City Center, which was great for us because we love to walk, but also far enough away from the crowds of downtown. Would definitely consider going back
Nice clean room. Regular housekeeping and a while stocked in room coffee and tea. Great parlour with coffee, tea, water and lemonade. Amazing breakfast with plenty of choices.
An elegant accommodation option for discovering Dublin and its surroundings.
I would classify it as a boutique hotel, where the Victorian atmosphere and attention to detail are paramount.
Its rooms are spacious, bright, and very comfortable.
And its food, specializing in delicious breakfasts, is very good and high-quality.
Another highlight of this hotel is its staff: friendly, helpful, and willing to help at any time.
We spent four nights as a family and were very happy with our stay, recommending it.
The staff was superb. They really went above and beyond, helping us with our luggage, storing the stroller, bringing a fan to our room when I felt warm, and even finding a microwave to make a late night snack for our 2 year old. Was overall very impressed.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Room comfort
PROVIDE. A. FAN. FOR. GOODNESS. SAKE.
Give us a fan for the room holy crap! Hundreds of Euros for a room, summer in Dublin, could ya provide a blasted box fan or anything to get some air movement in the room Jesus Christ was like a sauna!
This is a beautiful B&B. I would highly recommend this spot and would stay here again The included breakfast was delicious and there was good variety
The location is quieter, not around much, but transit station is walkable and easy to figure out
If you’re so inclined-Dublin City Centre is a good 25 minute walk, maybe 30.
Beautiful guesthouse in prestigous location. A group of 9 stayed here & thoroghly enjoyed our stay. Complimentary water, cordial, afternoon tea. Very good cooked breakfast. Everything you need.
Wonderful kind people. Thank you for a special stay. Breakfast was gorgeous and loved your drawing room to chill in with cake and tea.
Very kind reception who helped me with bags and directions.
Beautiful property and fantastic staff! We got an upgrade on checking in without even asking, thank you. The breakfast in the conservatory is very special, so tasty and beautifully presented. The only very small thing which I feel would improve it is a shelf in the bathroom for toiletries. A minor detail I know but balancing them on the edge of the bath became a bit frustrating. We would definitely stay here again if coming back to the area.
We really enjoyed the choice of breakfast each day and the team worked hard to make it enjoyable.

Exceptional, but remote
They boast the best breakfast in Dublin, and I agree. The rooms are elegant and spacious, the staff excellent. My only heads-up would be that it is far from the city center. The Dart station is right by the hotel, but the Dart doesn’t take you exactly where you want to go. I averaged 5 miles a day walking because of its remoteness. If you’re attending an event at the Aviva stadium, then you are literally next door.
