First time at Clayton Charlemont
Well located close to the Green Luas (tram) line. Room was small but comfortable. A fridge would have been a welcome addition. This was our first time in this hotel as we usually frequent the nearby Hilton Hotel. We shall revert to the Hilton on our next visit to Dublin.

The hotel was perfect for my stay in terms of convenience to my business meetings and touring Dublin. The room was comfortable and clean. The only suggestion I have is to add drawers for clothing. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to others traveling to Dublin.

This property has the best location. Its quieter than being in the crowded sections near Temple Bar. Its still an easy commute to anywhere that you want to go. This hotel has amazing amenities. Its super clean, roomy, comfortable and the staff is great. Awesome breakfast too.

This hotel is fine for a day or two. The rooms are white tired, and I didn’t get any sleep due to the room walls being so thin. I could hear the person get the toilet roll next door. Unfortunately my neighbours played music throughout the night and kept me awake. Whilst the receptionist was very apologetic I did leave feeling exhausted. It was tough to get through to reception when ringing down and room service. However, the location was great and the hotel does the job and the staff are friendly.

Our 14-day trip to the UK, Northern Ireland, and Ireland ended with two nights at the Clayton on Charlemont. We arrived in the evening, and our check-in and the valet parking for the car were convenient and quick. Our room on the 4th floor was outstanding; it was large and spotless. The view was interesting as it looked across another hallway, but looking to the left, you could see a lovely skyline! The restaurant was fantastic. Our late supper was one of the best fish and chips meals I had on the entire trip, and the Lady Madeleine cocktail, which my wife ordered, was "the best drink I have ever had." High praise indeed! Each day's breakfast buffet was well-stocked and pleasant, and the options were quite good. Overall, it was within walking distance of St. Stephans' Green, Temple Bar, National Galleries, and fine dining. Overall, it was a fantastic choice for our final days in Ireland!

Really nice hotel, very clean and nice area. Within walking distance of St Stephen’s Green. Valet parking a bonus though not cheap. Bed mattress a bit soft for me and duvet heavy and very warm. Breakfast area a bit crowded and they were slow to replace some of the items that were running out. However, overall would recommend and would be happy to stay again.
