The property was everything we expected – clean, well presented, check-in and check-out was flawless, etc., etc., etc. BUT – We had a problem with an envelope that had been couriered to the hotel for us in advance of our arrival. A misunderstanding resulted in the envelope being returned to the courier, which was a significant inconvenience to us. Very, very rarely in my 40-odd years of travelling have I come across anyone prepared to go to the lengths the Hotel did to get the situation resolved as efficiently as Dierdre and her team did. That’s the stuff we’ll remember and highlight if we ever have a chance to recommend a hotel in Dublin.

Our room was clean and well lit and the bathroom was very nice . The only thing that didn't work was my desk lamp, which I could have used so I could read while my wife was sleeping.

The hotel was very nice and within walking distance of the bus tours. Service was great! The front desk was of great help with directions & all our needs. Cian in the restaurant helped us get our late night food order in before the kitchen closed. We felt well tended to at this location.

Wonderful hotel in a nice quiet area with a Luas stop a short walk away. Helpful and friendly staff. Great choices for breakfast and a decent cocktail menu. Local shop a short walk away and a range of bars and cafes available nearby. Only issue was the failure to mention that during a fire alarm test there are flashing lights which come from the fire alarm on the ceiling of the room. This is worth mentioning especially in regards to guests who may have epilepsy.

Our first night in Ireland was spent here. Very convenient and perfect for our first night of rest. We walked a lot in the area. Felt very safe. Used valet parking which was perfect as we did not want to drive in Dublin. Staff excellent, kind, patient, helpful.

convinient to go to downtown by Green Line. relatively quiet area. bar and bartenders are very good. breakfast quality to be improved comparing other hotels in Ireland.
