This hotel is extremely nice. I love how spacious the room we got was. We upgraded to a superior room king. When emailing they informed me that we would have a double bathroom, which would have been the space we needed. Upon check in, we got the superior King room, but it was not a double bathroom. We didn’t complain as this was not a huge deal. Additionally, there were no elevators to take our luggage to our room. So, we had 6 pieces of luggage to carry up stairs. It was only approx 1 1/2 flights of stairs, so my partner just carried them and a staff member did offer to grab help when they saw us but the point is it’s highly inconvenient. The hotel staff is nice and gracious. They were amazing. Our room was straightened up every night and we thought we were getting new towels each day until I realized that they were just being folded and put back on our rack, which I didn’t think was too clean. So, we had to request to new towels simply because we threw them on the floor thinking they were getting replaced and didn’t want to reuse towels that were on the floor. Overall, this property was amazing. We hit a few snags but nothing major. I would recommend this property and I would stay here again.

We were exhausted upon our arrival. Terrible travel issues. We arrived at a beautiful hotel and cheerful staff. Had dinner reservations at Sofias at the Bean but stayed for dinner with you! It was great! Staff was great, food was excellent. I was a presently surprised! Thank you!

Great hotel, good location with good pubs close by, tram link 5 min walk, the hotel requires a review on how they organise taxis, reception team could not get this right, Highly Recommend having the uber App to organise your own,

Great hotel, perfect location for walking to and from for our weekend in Dublin. Super comfy beds led to a great nights sleep on both nights. Staff were friendly and happy to help. Good breakfast, although did have to ask for tea/coffee/toast and eggs - scrambled were the standard option. Ice machine on our floor wasn’t working which was disappointing but everything else was perfect, would definitely stay here again.

Location wise it is pretty central, about a 15-20 minute walk to the center. The hotel was ok, they have a gym that had I had some problems with the sleep. The sheets were just way too heavy, it would perhaps be more suitable for the winter, but no matter how cold temperature you would end up installing at the airco, I ended up sweating. Had to take the duvet out from the sheet and ended up sleeping with only the sheet but then it got too cold. Breakfast had poor options, and only served pork as a meat option. I think it was overpriced at 19 euros.

Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel. There was enough space and storage in the room. Bathroom was lovely with walk in shower. Room was very clean and refreshed daily. There was tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board in the room. We didn't eat in the restaurant but we had several drinks in the bar and the staff were so friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. Good location. Close to tram and bus stops. Would definitely recommend.

Staff were very helpful, from getting taxis to finding so.e clothing we had left behind a few days before. Hotel is well situated to all the main Dublin attractions, without being in the middle of the tourist areas.

The hotel was great but do not expect a quiet stay on a weekend. There is a loud bar directly below and an area across from there where hundreds of people gather to drink and hang out every night starting at around 5 pm and going until early morning. We didn’t spend a ton of time in the room so it was fine but would have been frustrating if we’d wanted to.
