Our first night there the air conditioner wasn’t working. They promised to move us to a larger room the next day, but just moved us to a similar room. Made no other effort to offset our first night with no air, which was the worst night sleep of my life. Very limited amenities. Definitely needs the aesthetics updated. This was an economical option, but I believe you could do better elsewhere

Family of 4 stayed for 3 nights. We booked the family room which was large and very comfortable. Hotel and room was clean and no complaints at all. Tram right outside to central Dublin. Shopping centre a few minutes walk away.

Glashaus hotel was a surprise, despite the long distance to the city center, 45 minutes by bus, It was very easy to get to the city center thanks to multiple bus and lines solutions. The position outside the city was very useful renting a car. The renting agency by the way is placed in the car park of the hotel. The car park is free. Right in front of the hotel there is a big mall with the most important shops and facilities. The hotel offers breakfast and dinner, both very good and rich. If coming back to Dublin we will choose for sure again Glashaus hotel.

Great Spot
Lovely hotel! Really comfortable beds and powerful shower. Reasonably priced compared to hotels closer to the city centre of Dublin. Great location with the shopping centre across the road and the Luas Line right outside for getting into Dublin City Centre without having to use the car. I accidentally left a kindle in the safe and reception quickly got back in touch with me having located it and advised on the best way to return it to me. They kindly packaged it up and printed a shipping label and had it ready for the courier collecting it. Excellent customer service! Would recommend this hotel especially for the likes of concerts in the city centre as you can get the Luas in and out and save on the parking costs in the city centre!

Large family room & convenient
We had a two-night stay in Dublin before heading to the country. Glashaus had a large family room to sleep all 4 of us that was affordable, comfortable and convenient. It is steps away from the Red Line train which took us into Dublin to sightsee. (About 40 min ride) There was an amazing cafe next door: “Betelnut” which had incredible breakfasts and coffee. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Enjoyable stay.

The room was comfortable and clean. The tram to the city is right there! Big shopping mall across the street! Not as crazy busy of an area as downtown Dublin! 30-45 min, depending on traffic, drive from airport.The gentleman at the front desk that checked us in was so friendly and extra helpful answering all of my questions and offering appreciated advice!

A good hotel in the suburb of Dublin
We stayed only one night in order to drive to airport to take an early flight (about 40 minutes from airport on M50). The hotel is good, clean, and staff helpful. Restaurant and bar is nice.
