Great place to stay. We had a room overlooking the water that provided for the perfect setting. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. All this and less than 30 minutes from the airport too. 5 stars!!!

Fab stay in Howth.
Fantastic welcome from the macmanus family. Made to feel so comfortable and perfect Irish hospitality. Able to check in early. We ate at the seafood bar on the first night of our 2- night stay. We’ll be back as soon as we can

A gem!
A gem! Stunning view of Ireland's Eye, excellent room and facilities, marvellous breakfast, great location. Run by a family and it shows - their enthusiasm, expertise and attention to detail means a warm welcome. The hotel is in Howth, a lovely base by the sea from which to visit Dublin, but it is about 30 minutes by train from Dublin city, so it is perfect if you want to see the city but not wake up in it. We will be back soon!

Hotel is located in a very welcoming fishing town. Staff was very friendly and check in was easy. Great breakfast, wishwe had time to get dinner there too. Beautiful view of the water and a nice walk to the lighthouse. Room was comfortable and clean.

The Irish People are Amazing
Everyone at the King Stric was amazingly friendly, kindhearted. all of this and more, with talking to us, asking questions, both ways to taking the time get getting to know us and we them. The King Stric will be our jumping off point in Ireland every time we visit Our room, Oyster island is amazing! It has very large windows that open your view to of the Howth pier, bay an harbor of Howth and the light house, (cria 1817) absolutely fantastic! The sunsets and rises that you can see are beautiful.
