Shower only offered cold water. Reported to staff but they couldn’t fix and didn’t offer a different room. Cleaning staff took used towels away but didn’t leave fresh towels. TV was also on the fritz…. Room rate was too high considering all of above. Happy to be gone.

Rooms need insulation too loud!
The location was great but the hotel is tired and can use a facelift. The worst part is how loud it was. A wedding happened and the guest came to their rooms at 3:30am talking loud and slamming doors. Every footstep anyone took in the room above us was heard loud and clear.

2 nd floor had NO elevator service and of course no one at desk told you and no one to help. Resurant (italian) was bery good, service excellent. It was convient to airport. Cab to dublin was only 25 e each way 30 min depending on traffic

It was close to the bus which allowed us to explore Towth. We were given a room with problems and had to wait one full day before they gave us a new room. Internet was flaky and didn't work most of the time. There was no drinking water in the room. No fridge either. The property is nice as it overlooks Dublin Bay.

Pretty good stay that is affordable near the airport. The property itself was a bit outdated, I felt for the staff, something was up with the systems. But, I overall give this place a great rating due to the front desk staff. They were really helpful, sweet and patient. Angela was great.

Seaside views were amazing, and worth paying a bit extra for. Front desk staff were helpful, even though our room wasn't ready until around 3:40 pm. They were at least mostly transparent with us. The grounds were amazing, and safe, and a walk to the beach was easy. No air conditioning in these suites, but wasn't quite needed in early June. Opening the window was a MUST.

The room had a sea view, spacious. Modern bathroom. The view is amazing. Free and safe parking is a big advantage. Perfect for 1 night stay to enjoy the area. However, swimming pool requires an urgent renovation, very old.

For the price, there shoukd be a choice of herbal teas avaliable in room; having a pod coffee machine would be even better. There was a safe, iron and ironing board and room was spacious. Good walk-in drenching shower. We had a late night so check out time of 12 midday was great.

The room and bathroom were not cleaned well, there were stains on the bathroom floor. There was a distinct smell in the room as well, almost like weed/pot in some parts of the room. The lamp shades and curtains were dirty. No room service available. Needed to take an elevator up a floor, then another set of stairs to get to our room (inconvenient). No room service available. In order to use pool facilities, one must go to front desk, get a code, then walk OUTSIDE to then access the pool. Layout is not great. The last thing: when we left the room to be serviced for the day, we returned to find our door had not been closed and locked properly. We had a concern for our valuables. Positives include a modern standalone shower with rainhead, a beautiful ocean view, access to plugs for charging electronics, and renovated furnishings. In summary, it is an old hotel, that has been revamped to appear more modern and compete with newer, more commercial competitors. However, it falls short due to the lack of cleanliness, safety and policies of the hotel. The renovations do not extend to the remainder of the hotel to provide cohesiveness throughout the property and fails to provide the premium experience it advertises.
