Great hotel and atmosphere! The staff are very friendly and helpful. Very enjoyable experience! The location is also very close to many attractions and safe and easily walkable. Also close to the public transit, groceries and great restaurants. Bar is well stocked and bar staff is knowledgeable. Breakfast was a little expensive compared to other hotels but they featured a good variety of options and all very fresh and tasty.

Fab hotel but please sort the water!!!
Fabulous hotel in quiet location - everything new and clean, staff and breakfast all wonderful. A shame the hotel had no hot water for all rooms one morning - VERY cold showers that day.

Really lovely hotel, very clean and fresh Communal kitchen with no kettle was hard for me to take, there is a hot water tap but as a tea drinker we know the two never work! No mugs, only paper cups which again I don’t like Service is a 3 as I didn’t use the bar so I didn’t receive any service aside from checking in. Check in was not self service as advertised, it was more double keying what you tell the service desk - best description is a hybrid mishmash that didn’t work.

Really enjoyable stay and clean facility, very nice staff. Close to LGBT area of Dublin and great for a solo traveler. I purchased the breakfast package but no one really checked if you purchased it or not and seemed like you could just eat with or without purchase. The only issue I had was getting my room cleaned, I’m still kind of puzzled. When I checked in for my 7 night stay I was told I could get drink vouchers and get my room cleaned every 3rd day so I chose that and only got two drink vouchers and no one ever came to clean my room. On the 5th day I asked the front desk if I could get new bed linens and towels and told her that my room hadn’t been cleaned and the person seemed perplexed by my request and when I got back to the room the new bed linens were just sitting on the bed in a pile and the bed hadn’t been made. Looking back it was totally not worth two drink vouchers and I would just choose the daily room service.
