Modern and uncomfortable
Ridiculously slow Internet - not acceptable these days. Couldn’t download or stream. Very small room, very uncomfortable arrangement. Either to look cool and/or save space and $, the bathroom had glass walls, which means you can’t pee in the middle of the night without lighting up the entire room. One uncomfortable wooden chair in the room. Not enough space for 2. Don’t think the designer has ever stayed in a hotel. Also, hallways are a dark rabbit warren.

Tea and coffee facilities needs to be improved. Access to apps on the TV would be good. Remember Dublin is the city where Guinness is made and people want to enjoy it from the cask. Apart from the fire alarm going off at 7am on my last day the staff were helpful and pleasant I enjoyed my stay once I had a coffee in me but it was a mission. I missed room service.

Great property with delightful staff. Help with bags would have been appreciated but porters seem to be a dying breed. Missed tea making facilities in our room. Was a long walk from our room to galley. But, a delightful hotel and wed staybthere again

An excellent location for a couple of days in the centre of Dublin, the hotel is very well decorated and the rooms are very comfortable. The only very small comment I would make is the communal hot drink preparation area is not easy to use for hot water to make a hot enough cup of tea or coffee. But this does not detract from the excellent hotel

This hotel is obsessed with all electronic control from check in to room settings once in your room. The temperature regulation is by an all encompassing electronic box with no explanation on how to use it. We were shown it but another guest. The window opened a slither and let in virtually no fresh air. Getting up in the night to alter the room temp was fiddly and inconvenient. On arrival the room was exceedingly hot and took ages to cool down once we finally mastered the electronic control box. Plus point the bed was good but a poor nights sleep due to room temperature. I suspect this chain is aimed at the younger generation. A Marshall blue tooth radio speaker unit in the room that did not connect again with no instructions.

Beautiful hotel and great location!
The service at Ruby Molly is top notch. We arrived a bit earlier than expected and the lovely lady at the front desk put us in a room instead of waiting. The room itself was very modern and each floor has a galley with free coffee and tea. We don’t usually pre-purchase breakfast since it’s hit or miss but Ruby Molly has quality food and a nice selection for vegetarians as well. Overall you won’t be disappointed with your stay! For the price and location you should give this place a try if you’re visiting Dublin.

Stay Here, You Won’t Be Disappointed!
Lovely Lobby. Great place to read, relax, or have a drink. The two free drinks were a nice touch. Rooms super clean, quiet, with very comfortable beds.
