No-Frills but Quality Stay
Our stay was overall good! We originally given a room with a quite dirty shower and that smelled strongly of paint, but the reception staff quickly moved us to a much more clean room. We also struggled a bit with getting housekeeping requests met (i.e., sending several WhatsApp messages and taking to more than one staff member to get an extra blanket), but it was eventually resolved. Overall, this is pretty no-frills hotel, but if you’re planning on spending most of your day out and about, it was a quiet place to stay in Dublin about 15 minutes walking from all major sites.

Room faced right on to train tracks so it was a little noisy and it was smaller than the pictures showed. We could not get the room air conditioning to work properly so it was stuffy and the room pillows were like rocks. Not an awful stay but we'd likely stay at a place further west in the future.

Do not disturb
There is a notice in the elevator that states clearly your room will not be cleaned during your stay if is a certain length of days. My stay was within this short days range. For this reason I didn't put the do not disturb sign on my door as I would normally. I was surprised to return to my room one afternoon and find that someone had in fact come into the room, and left a card in the electricity slot. If you state that you won't enter a room I think you should honour that. I was very disappointed by this.

Loved our stay! I was amazed that we were able to alter the thermostat to meet our needs! The place was not ‘big’ but it met our needs. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was just far enough from the noise the buses and foot traffic bring. The staff was extremely helpful. I’d definitely consider staying there again.

This place was just alright. The pictures of the rooms are deceiving. Our room was very small and awkward to move around in. The bed is so close to the wall you have climb over the foot of the bed to get in.Another luggage rack would help organize things a bit better. The kitchen area looked good but we didn't use it.

The location is perfect. Tesco is just next door. Walking distance to the river and city center. Bus stops and express buses to the airport are less than 5 minutes walk. Quiet and the staff are very friendly.
