My sister and I stayed here. There was noises our first night. It seemed to be coming from the building. It sounded like construction was being done, and at midnight it sounded like a dog trotting around above us. We forgot to add an additional night, and the hotel kindly extended our stay on one of their busiest days when they couldn't reach us, which was greatly appreciated. Their soap and body wash had an amazing sent. Overall, we had a good stay.

Nice hotel overall. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were very clean and breakfast option had a good variety. Aircoach stops conveniently located at walking distance. Very close UCD, which was very convenient for us. Only one suggestion: please have electric outlet converters to lend to guests. We arrived very late at night and forgot our converters at home. They offered vending machinesat the hotel, however we could not make them work at that moment. It was a bit of an inconvenience since we couldn’t charge our devices that night.

Extremely poor service, was told I could not sit at the tables because I was on my own and had to sit at the bar to get food. I sat at the bar with a menu and was ignored by waiting staff. I left after 10 mins. Staff are asleep at the wheel. Restaurant manager could only offer that she would serve me after I complained but first impressions always last.

The staff are lovely, and the rooms are good. The carpets in the hallways are looking a little stained in places. The food is reasonable- which depends on what you are used to eating. Very convenient to UCD.
