Had an excellent stay here. Host was accommodating and incredibly nice. Our flight was delayed and she made it easy to check in later than planned. The space was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Having a place to park was an added bonus and huge time saver.

Wonderful stay
Everything about our stay at this guest house was positive, from being provided a dedicated parking spot, to the juice and tea provided, to the cleanliness, comfort, and quiet, to the enthusiasm and responsiveness of the owner, to the location with the stunning view over the sea. The walk up the 126 stairs from the main road below is totally worth it. We loved this place and highly recommend it.

A happy first timer to dubrovnik
Very welcoming, when i arrived. Very light and airy room. My fitness levels have improved since being here. Doing equivalent to 10 flights of stairs. Views from the balcony stunning.....

We absolutely loved staying at guest house Nikolina. We organized with the host to pick us up at the airport, which made the trip very easy!They were so kind, we were even given ice-cream upon arrival! Overall, I would highly recommend this Guest House for your next stay!

Beautiful!
We had a fantastic stay at Guest house Nikolina! The property is beautiful with very clean, very comfortable rooms and a lovely balcony. The host made us feel very welcome and was very accommodating.The property is a 30m walk outside the old town which was perfect! Overall a very pleasant, very enjoyable stay!

Amazing hosts, highly recommend!
Me and my boyfriend stayed for a 5 night vacation in Dubrovnik and we couldn’t have had a better experience with Nikolina. The room was clean and modern, and in a great location. 20 min walk to the old town and 5 minutes from Bellevue Beach, lots of steps up to and from the room bare in mind! Highly recommend this as a place to stay, great value for money. We would like to Thank Nikolina for being so accommodating.

Great stay
It was a good stay. They have all the amenities kitchen downstairs. The rooms are very nice and clean. You sleep well. Great. The only thing was finding the place the taxis didn’t know where it was it was hidden on the top part of the mountain. But once you are there it is great you walk down lots of stairs and you are on the Main Street lots of restaurants grocery stores pharmacy. All in all great place.

This place is amazing, with the greatest host family - super friendly and wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Water and ice cream were offered when we arrived, as well as a glass or two of wine after a long day at the beach. Located about a mile from old town, but a close walk to Bellevue beach (a must visit). Another appeal of the location is its accessibility to Gruz and other parts of the coast

Amazing host and location
The host is amazing. We had trouble finding the place so he found us. Parking was free which was amazing. He also invited us down to his place for some homemade wine. If I ever go back I’ll be staying there again. A short walk or bus ride into the city. There are a lot of stairs to get to his place. Keep that in mind if you have heavy luggage.

The owner was a delightful lady, very friendly and smiley. The room was clean, bright and very welcoming. The area was very easy to get into old town with a bus stop just down the road also parking for the hire car was a bonus.

Highly recommend this property. Owners Nikolina & her husband couldn't do enough for you. The only downside is the location, half way up the side of a hill, over 120 steps from the main road to reach it. But don't let this put you off.

I would just like to say there are a number or steps to the guest house not for the faint hearted or if you have walking difficulties forget it .but when you do get there you will recive a lovely walm welcome by the owner. He gave my husband and i a welcolme drink (which i can assure you was welcolme :) shown us the easiest route back down to the main street and pointed out all the local facilities. Including restaurants, once we were rested we were shown to our room and it was lovely. We were in the attic what a really nice space all mod cons and air con bliss please note we were in Dubrovnik in August ! And the terrace is a great area to meet other guests and do a bit of bat watching loved it thank you for a fantastic stay .
