Super location in the heart of old town. Thomas at the desk was courteous and professional. However, this is not a “hotel “ as we commonly interpret that word. They are rooms above a novelty store. We had an attic room so the sloping ceiling made headbumps a constant possibility. Still, the cleanliness, location, and price made it a good choice.

Great location! Large nice shower. Clean. Hard Rock Cafe is right outside and you can hear the music until 11. We were too tired to care and the music was good. Overall a good value for the money.

Magical Old Town
Beautiful. At the entrance to Old Town. The rooms are tastefully restored and comfortable. When you go out the door what ever way you turn is magnificent. You feel in another world and time. The restaurants are excellent and the shops full of beautiful things.

Great place in excellent location near entrance of old town. Thomas was super helpful and friendly. Room was clean. Only bad note but understandable being a historic building is hiking luggage up the stairs which was a small price to pay for a cool place to stay!

Fabulous. I arrived at Klarisa Palace after a long tour around Croatia and this was one of the best places I stayed in. Just a few steps from Pile Gate, is in the heart of the Old Town, above a souvenir shop. In spite of the busy are, the rooms are very quiet. Beds and pillows are excellent, the spacious room has a big bathroom. Appliances and decor are modern. The place is clean and the communication excellent. Kudos to Tomas, who speaks perfect English, Spanish and of course Croatian, and is kind and helpful. Will definitely come back!

Cannot get better than this!
Literally THE BEST location possible in Dubrovnik old town. Steps away from Pile gate, minimum effort to get luggage to the accomodation from Pile gate drop off. The Highlight was our Host Tomas - he was available 24x7 and extremely efficient. Helped our family with everything like family.

Absolutely fantastic! It’s hard to find, as you need to enter a door into a souvenir shop-but once you find that you’ll be pleasantly surprised. Perfect location, spacious and spotlessly clean !

A very nice and comfortable room with good air con
A really nice room in the attic. Friendly staff happy to provide a slightly early check in thus allowing us to look around without a backpack. Only stayed for one night but really happy with the place. Good air con. Very close to Pile Gate.

If I could give a higher rating I would. From start to finish, this was absolutely one of the best experiences I’ve had as far as accommodations go. The owner arranged transportation from the airport and was waiting for me upon arrival. The room….was phenomenal! Location was fantastic. A few steps into old town and minutes from everything you could want to see. The room was perfect, clean and very nice. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone planning a trip to Dubrovnik!

다녀본 유럽 관광지 숙소들 중 통틀어 아주 합리적인 숙소였어요. 올드타운 내에서 그리 비싸지 않은 가격으로 아주 좋은 위치이면서도 계단이 없이 다닐수 있는 몇 안되는곳중 하나에요. 건물안에 엘리베이터가 없는것은 구시가지 어디든 마찬가지일거라 힘들지도 않았어요. 그리고 이런 조건에 깨끗하고 이쁘고 뷰가 좋은 숙소는 정말 없을거같아요. 저는 다락방에 묵었는데 침대 머리위에 창문을 열면 두브로브니크의 예쁜 지붕들을 볼수있고, 화장실 창문에서는 필레게이트가 보여요. 인테리어도 너무 깔끔하고 편안한 분위기였어요. 다락방인지라 천장에 머리를 부딪혔다는 후기를 보기는 했는데 185cm 남성과 168cm 여성이 전혀 불편함 없이 이용했고 오히려 넓다고 생각했어요. 또 한가지 중요한점! 체크인을 도와준 스태프는 제가 크로아티아에서 만난 직원중 가장 센스있고 친절했습니다. 행복한 기억을 만들고가요.
