The location is perfect. Lots of restaurants near by. Room was nice but not many amenities. Manager was on time for us but late for other people. She got very upset when I accidentally dropped a small takeout coffee on the old worn carpet in the entrance to the hotel. The coffee had no milk or sugar. There was nothing or no one available for me to clean it up. I felt bad, but the manager made me feel very bad for my accident. I didn’t think that was necessary. Decent coffee in the room would be helpful so customers don’t need to go out for coffee.

Lovely place. Serviced rooms rather than a hotel. The host was on all whenever we needed her and was there to welcome us. Perfect location. Everything you need for a short stay in the beautiful old town of Dubrovnik. Highly recommended.

Charming apartment with an excellent location in Dubrovnik old town . Nicely renovated room with small balcony in a historic building. Anamaria was very helpful and accommodating and had some great dining recommendations .

HIGHLY RECOMMEND - The property manager was so nice and friendly. After a day of travelling it was nice to see a friendly face. The apartment is situated right in old town and you have restaurant options right outside the apartment. Everything is walkable which made it convenient. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The place was quiet so could get a good night’s rest. It was our favourite stay on our euro trip thus far. I even forgot my ring in the room and the property manager was nice enough to mail it to family in the neighbouring country.

The location is perfect! Few things for you to know: - no elevator (few stairs) - no self check-in - no electronic key access (traditional key) - noisy (but it is expected) - no ironing option - no staff onsite - no safe (but I didn't needed, it looks pretty safe) - you have work with your check-in schedule to accommodate your host schedule to make sure she is there for you to access the building when you arrive. Host is super responsive and accommodating .
