Bed was really nice. Air conditioner was as quiet as hotel air conditioners go, and kept the room at the desired temperature. Room overall was very nice and very clean bathroom with an excellent shower.

THE ELEVATOR: I was with a Handicapped person, not able to use steps and the ELEVATOR was SLOW on Friday, Sept 13th but COMPLETELY OUT OF ORDER ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 14TH AND 15TH. NOTIFIED FRONT DESK, one clerk said it was the first she had heard but would note it, no sign on the ELEVATOR DOOR indicating it WAS OUT OF ORDER. We had to go out the door to the parking lot, load up in thhe car with wheelchair etc then drive around to the front door to get to the first floor! Then on Sunday the front desk clerk said they couldn't get in touch with maintenance man......just a TERRIBLE HEALTH AND SAFETY FACTOR. If the ELEVATOR would have worked, our stay would have been better but I was fearful.

The staff was rude, you didn't give us our senior discount and the bathtub and bathroom sink would not drain properly. Overall, the building and rooms need maintenance. Also, they said the room wasn't ready when in fact that was a total lie because there were several vacant rooms available.

The front desk staff was very helpful and kind. I did complain about our room smelling bad and a big dirty hand print in the shower. The front desk staff gave me a discount because of it.

We were in town for a baseball tournament at the Field of Dreams. Excellent hotel, with an amazing staff, and it was very clean! Extremely family friendly with indoor pool, hot tub, ping pong table, pool table, air hockey, and arcade. Breakfast was excellent as well. Room was very clean and beds were comfy. The shower was awesome and had excellent water pressure. Already looking forward to our stay next year, highly recommend!

Loved the pool and game area. Bed was a little hard. We found spiders all over the bathroom. Wasn’t a big problem but definitely startled the kids. Breakfast was not good at all and the only reason I wouldn’t choose this hotel again. But if you usually don’t eat breakfast then I would book this hotel.

Property was well maintained and clean. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was much larger than the norm with plenty of hot water. Enjoyed a very good pizza at the attached Old Chicago restaurant for dinner and an excellent breakfast the following morning. Recommend this property with no reservation (pun intended) ;-)

The room was very clean and smelled fresh when we walked in. I did not find any garbage or personal items anywhere in the room. It honestly felt like it was a first time stay. The cleaning service does a great job!!
