Dubuque stay.
Not in the best part of town and the outside of the hotel looked a bit rough. But inside the rooms were nice. Bathroom was clean and efficient. Bed was not the best and the pillows were lumpy. All in all it was fine.

Property was not well maintained. The room was dirty. It smelled bad. Obviously you get what you pay for so lesson learned. Upon addressing concerns however, staff was not very polite. Ended up booking a different hotel for the night.

The room was clean and staff were great. The beds were too soft and the coffee pot did not work! 😩

This hotel is very run down. Looks nothing like the pictures. The pictures must have been taken over 10 years ago. Our room had a terrible smell. The carpet was absolutely filthy. Both my partner and I have medical supplies that require to be plugged in at night and none of the plug ins worked. I would not recommend this place. If you do stay here the Mexican restaurant next door is the only bonus to this location.
