Checked in from a 6.5 hour drive about 10pm. No wi-if or TV. Had a musty smell. Sink not draining properly. When asked manager about a discount. He kept repeating that someone was coming out to fix the wi-if and cable around 12pm. We didn’t care at that point. We were checking out.

We have stayed at this property in the past and it has gone downhill significantly since the last time. The rooms smelled musty and moldy, there was a hole in the floor of our room and we had ZERO water pressure. Definitely will not be back.

It was a nice place to stay in Manchester. Not perfect, but mostly well maintained, nice beds, and decent morning breakfast. Price was good for the 3 of us as my sister slept on the sofa bed so it worked.

Do not stay here! Bedbugs!

There were bedbugs in the room and management refused to refund our night’s stay. We were forced to leave in the middle of the night! Management didn’t even seem surprised by it!
