Quick visit to see my daughter place basketball in college game
It was a very cozy place. No one bothered us. We had what we needed to make a meal or a couple of meals. Centrally located and perfect distance from the school. Thanks for everything! I would rent again. 2nd level location.

Wonderful stay!
Beautiful little above home apartment! Very cozy and perfect for two people. Our only complaint was the noise level from the road and the home below. If you are sound sensitive, bring something to cover up those noises and you’ll be fine! There were two sound machines provided which did help quite a bit!

Wonderful host!!
After some unfortunate events we left the VRBO after night one and the host was extremely understanding and accommodating. Only thing I would mention is it does have a funky smell to it- I’d definitely bring a candle- other than that was fine. Thanks again.

Other than the neighborhood not being quite what we expected, we have no complaints. This stay was clean and just the amount of space we needed. There were also plenty of towels, tp, etc. Here you’ll find a nice kitchen and bathroom, and a comfortable bed.

Michigan rockin' girls trip
Felt like home away from home and although the neighborhood wasn't in the pretty part of town, it still felt safe. Best part: the shower, worst part: the tall flight of stairs. Thank you for your hospitality.

Very Cute & Cozy!!
This is a very adorable, clean, and cozy place! The interior is very updated and was perfect for our stay! Check-in & check-out was very easy, basic requirements of tidying before we left, and friendly owners who live downstairs from unit. Only downsides were close neighbors who played loud thumping music about 2 am and some noise after 10pm from downstairs owners. Location was safe with street parking. Not in the “nice” part of town but we felt comfortable. Would totally stay here again!!

Felt that advertising hid the fact that owners live downstairs. Owners tried to process charges that were not warranted. Property is located right next to busy road with semis driving by all night so was unable to sleep. Overall, the apt is very small but it is nicely updated. Location, interaction with the owner and environment were subpar at best. Would not stay here again.

Location was 5 min from Clarke University, for our visit. VRBO was clean and very nice and comfortable. Property Manager very easy to get a hold of with questions. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice relaxing space
Easy to settle in with a comfortable sectional, fuzzy blankets, ceiling fans, and a Roku to continue watching your shows :-) Very clean and everything I forgot was in the kitchen. Living room area faces a fairly busy street, so some traffic noises. We did not hear the street sounds from bedroom. There are even a couple white noise machines, which we could have turned on in the living area too. Worth it for the location; lots to eat and explore nearby. Dubuque was a good launching place for state parks. Maquoketa caves is less than an hour away and is an incredible place to hike. We enjoyed renting here and were very comfortable.
