We were upgraded to a room with a view of Lake Superior. What a difference that made! Loved smores by the fire. Also loved the jacuzzi tub in our room. Staff was very pleasant and there 24/7. Great experience!

It was very well kept outside, beautiful lake view. Room was big and clean. Balcony was nice, and we had a Jacuzzi tub in our room which I didn't know we would have. Our trip was very nice, we would go back again. I really didn't want to leave but we had to, overall it's a very nice place to stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my two day stay. The only improvement I'd like to suggest is that perhaps snaking the bathroom drains would help the plumbing fixtures drain faster. The sink was especially slow. I love the Hamilton Beech Brewstation for brewing coffee. Ingenious. See you next year.
